Man accused of assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment was arrested by Tulsa County deputies

An individual who is accused of assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment was taken into custody by deputies from Tulsa County on Thursday morning. The event allegedly occurred inside the confines of a domestic relationship.

Albert Pierce was reportedly following the mother of their child on the road because he was unhappy and seeking to see their child, according to the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO).

According to the Texas County Sheriff’s Office, Pierce repeatedly collided with the mother’s vehicle while she was attempting to transport their child to school.

At one point, the Texas County Sheriff’s Office said that Pierce had parked his vehicle in front of the mother’s vehicle and attempted to open the rear passenger door of the mother’s vehicle.

The mother drove away, which resulted in the door handle becoming detached from the door.

Pierce was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment after the mother contacted 911. Pierce was also charged with endangering the child.

According to the TCSO, neither the mother nor the infant had any injuries.
