Investigators are looking into a fatal gunshot that took place on Saturday, November 9, according to the Del City Police Department. The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 8.

According to the authorities, officers responded to Rag City Customs in the 3200 block of Delwood Drive on November 9 at approximately 12:45 p.m. in response to a shooting that had occurred there.

When they arrived, they discovered Tony Ganther, who was 43 years old, suffering from a gunshot wound. At the scene, he was cited as having passed away.

The shooting is currently being investigated by the government authorities. As of yet, there have been no arrests made, and no other information has been disclosed.

As members of the Del City community grieve the loss of Ganther, there were indications of melancholy sitting outside of the business on Sunday.

“Tony was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back, and he was very active in the lowrider community here in Oklahoma,” said Marlon Thomas, a friend of Ganther. “He was a very generous person.”

Those who have any additional information are urged to get in touch with the Del City Investigations Division by contacting the number 405-677-2443 or providing an anonymous report through the website.
