California police said that a guy who was found dead pinned under a minivan died in a hit-and-run accident.
Police in San Jose said in a news release that the body was found around 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 4, when they were called to a crash involving a walker.
Police said the driver had gotten away. An investigation found that the two guys knew each other and that the crash was planned, which led to an arrest.
Police said that Edward Herrera, who is 40 years old, is charged with murder. No one knows what the man’s name was who died.
