A barbecue restaurant in Bentonville was opened by the Good Gravy Group

At the intersection of Southeast Fifth and Southeast E streets in Bentonville, the barbecue restaurant Brothers Meethouse was recently opened by the Good Gravy Group, a firm that specializes in food and beverages and is based in Bentonville.

The restaurant, which is located at 405 South East Fifth Street, has recently undergone renovations and now offers smoked bread, fire-cooked and charcoal-finished barbecue, beer, and live music.

The company did not disclose any information regarding the costs of getting the business off the ground.

The head of Good Gravy Group, AJ Baird, gave the following statement: “We are not aiming to be fancy.” This is the kind of place where you can get sauce on your shirt and drink the coldest beer in town.

Brothers, which has a space of 6,000 square feet and is designed with the audience in mind, will make it possible for us to showcase local and regional artists in an environment that is both pleasant and accompanied by delicious food.

If you have a passion for community, blues guitars, and BBQ that sticks to your bones, this place is a dream.

The importance of the restaurant’s food quality was brought to light by April Seggebruch, who is the managing partner of Good Gravy Group.

According to Seggebruch, “Our goal is to contribute to the definition of Arkansas barbecue, or OZQ as we refer to it.”

“There are a number of excellent barbecue concepts in Northwest Arkansas, and if we work together, we have the potential to reshape how the world perceives our culinary position between Memphis, Texas and [Kansas City].”

More than forty members of staff will be responsible for running Brothers Meethouse. Among them is pitmaster Alex Glass, who was born in Alabama but raised in Arkansas. Consistency and a copious amount of smoke were promised by glass.

The statement made by Seggebruch was as follows: “We love a cloth napkin dinner as much as anyone else, but this place is different.” “It possesses a soul.

Specifically, it is about the natural collection of fire, smoke, and rhythm guitars that everyone of us possesses. Every person who comes in will depart as a friend if we are able to perform our duties efficiently.

The Good Gravy Group was also responsible for the founding of a number of additional businesses, such as Tusk and Trotter, Trash Ice Cream, The Leroy, The Bend, and Butcher and Pint.
