The Florida Highway Patrol reports that a guy from Titusville, Florida, who was riding a motorcycle through Volusia County, tragically passed away on Thursday evening after losing control of the motorcycle.
At around 6:16 p.m., the collision took place on northbound United States Route 1 as it approached Watson Stanley Road, which is located south of Oak Hill, according to the troopers.
The man was riding a 2006 Harley-Davidson motorbike in the outer lane when he lost control of the motorcycle and dropped off of it, as stated in a crash report filed by the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The individual was transported to a hospital, where he was subsequently pronounced dead, according to the report. The state police think that he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
