As part of its plan to grow its Walmart+ membership program and help pet owners save money on vet bills, Walmart is launch a new vet video service.
The store revealed on Tuesday that it would be working with Pawp, a 24/7 virtual veterinary care provider, to offer special services to Walmart+ members.
Later this year, Pawp members will be able to text and video chat with the company’s team of veterinary experts. They will also be able to access post-visit care plans that include Walmart product suggestions.

Walmart says that this new tool gives Walmart+ members free help with their pets’ health at a time when regular vet care is getting more expensive and harder to get.
