The public’s help is being sought by Sanford Police in locating missing endangered person, 61-Year-Old Kevin Boyer

The officials have urgently asked the public for help in finding a missing person who is in danger. A Facebook post from the Sanford Police Department says that Kevin Boyer, 61, was last seen leaving the Sanford Manor Assisted Living Facility around 6:30 a.m. yesterday.

Boyer, a black man who was described as 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 154 pounds, was said to have jumped a back gate at the assisted living home to get out. He wore grey pants, a grey shirt, and no shoes the last time he was seen.

Because of his mental health diagnosis, the officials are very worried about his health. Their plea is for the public’s help to safely find Kevin, who does not have a car or a cell phone right now.

The police said that even though Boyer does not have any family in the area, they think he might be trying to get to the Pine Hills area.

Anyone with information about where Boyer is should come forward and call the Sanford Police Department right away.
