The 49.35 acres were bought on the north side of Hwy 484 in Ocala, FL, just west of exit 341 on I-75. They were bought by Daryl Carter, an Orlando real estate salesman, investor, and developer.
The industrial land was bought for $5,700,000 and has permissions for a lot of different business uses.
Carter Hwy 484, LLC, which was managed by Daryl Carter and Conrad Carter of Maury L. Carter & Associates, bought the house.
For the Seller, Marco Polo Builders Inc., Bartow McDonald IV, Matthew Garff, and Stiles McDonald of SVN McDonald & Company were in charge.
According to Daryl Carter, president of Maury L. Carter & Associates, this purchase shows that the company is committed to investing in places with a lot of growth.
“This property has a lot of potential because Ocala continues to draw businesses and investors looking for chances in central Florida.”
McDonald and his team have been very important in the growth of this area. In the last four years, they have helped sell more than $34 million worth of land along this stretch of Hwy 484.
A lot of new residential, retail, and industry projects have been made possible by these deals. They have helped the area’s economy grow.

People are becoming more interested in the area around Hwy 484 and I-75 because it is in a great spot and there are a lot of new projects there. The area is quickly becoming a hub for both businesses and people who live there.
More than two million square feet of new distribution centers, 320 apartment units, and a new Wawa gas station have been built along this route in the last few years.
