As part of Mayor Buddy Dyer’s Green Works Orlando plan, the City of Orlando will give away free trees from November 12th to 14th.
The McQuigg Urban Farm on West Jefferson Street is where people can get a tree for their home.
From November 12 to November 14, the McQuigg Urban Farm will be open from noon to six o’clock.
Plum (Red June), Florida King Peach, and Pomegranate Wonderful trees will be for sale.
Because there are only so many trees, you have to pre-register.
People who live in the City of Orlando are eligible for this service.
