Crash on I-49 results in two deaths.:- Asper, Missouri — Two people have been killed as a result of an accident that occurred along Interstate 49 in Jasper County.

Wednesday, November 13, at approximately three o’clock in the afternoon, it took place in the southbound lanes of the highway close to the Jasper exit.
It is reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol that a passenger vehicle and a pick-up truck were involved in the collision.
The collision involved a total of four individuals in its aftermath. Two of the victims were pronounced dead at the site, while the other two were taken to the hospital for further treatment.
During the time that troopers were doing their work at the scene, traffic was momentarily rerouted at the exit.
It is not yet possible to share the names of people who were involved until they have been notified of their next of kin.
