At 11:51 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, police were told of a theft that happened near Office Depot at 910 El Monte Ave.

The victim told the cops that he and the suspect had a fight before the victim got on his electric bike and rode off.

The suspect, a homeless 31-year-old, is said to have followed the victim, hit him four times in the head with a punch, and then stolen his things.

Police said that the victim and another witness helped them identify the offender when they found him or her later.
