TEXARKANA, TX– The City of Texarkana, Texas Animal Control Services is pleased to host Bark at the Park this Saturday, November 3, 2018. Bark at the Park is a free community-wide registration and rabies vaccination clinic for dogs and cats. The event will be held at the pavilion near the Kylee Sullivan Dog Park at Spring Lake Park from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Free three-year rabies vaccinations will be offered for dogs and cats. Free city registration will be offered for dogs and cats residing inside city limits. In lieu of payment, donations will be accepted to assist in funding future Animal Control Services activities.
Microchipping and other vaccinations will be available for a fee. Cats should be in a carrier.
Attendees will also have the chance to win door prizes while learning more about the pet services available in Texarkana from local vendors.
